Zeron 100 rods are super duplex stainless steel round-bar stock (UNS S32760 / Werkstoff 1.4501) supplied in OD ranges from 6 mm to 600 mm for downstream machining of stud bolts, hex bolts, threaded rod, pump shafts, valve stems, machined components, and any custom-turned super duplex part. Source spec: ASTM A479 (the home spec for stainless bars and shapes) with ASTM A276 as the cold-finished alternative. All round bar ships solution-annealed (SA) by default. Cold-finished bar (FG / Condition S) available for high-strength fastener machining stock. Heat-selected lots for low-temp Charpy (FLT) on request. Stock OD range 16-100 mm in inventory; specials cut from ingot 14-21 days. Heat-traceable end-to-end with EN 10204 type 3.1 or 3.2 MTC, PMI on every bar, and ferrite + sigma-phase witness coupon per heat.
