Zeron 100 U-bolts are super duplex stainless steel U-shaped fasteners (UNS S32760 / Werkstoff 1.4501) bent from solution-annealed round bar, threaded both ends per ASME B1.1 / ISO 261. Two standard bend forms: round-bend U-bolts for pipe clamping (the inside radius matches the pipe OD), and square-bend U-bolts for tank-leg anchoring or rectangular-frame attachment. Both ends are threaded to the same pitch / class as the matching Zeron 100 hex nuts or heavy hex nuts shipping with the U-bolt.
