Zeron 100 bars are super duplex stainless steel bar stock (UNS S32760 / Werkstoff 1.4501) covering the full range of bar geometries needed for downstream fastener manufacture, machined components, and structural sub-assemblies. Standard supply: round bar (most common, OD 6 mm to 600 mm), hex bar (across-flats 8 mm to 100 mm for nut-blank machining), flat bar (rectangular cross-section, 5 × 30 mm to 100 × 300 mm), square bar (10 mm to 150 mm), and hollow bar (specialty sizes for machined cylinder applications). Source spec: ASTM A479 for stainless steel bars and shapes (the home spec), with ASTM A276 as the cold-finished alternative source.

Bar is the upstream form for almost everything downstream: stud bolts and threaded rod cut from round bar; hex bolts and hex nuts forged from hex bar; flat-bar splice plates for structural connections; square bar for keys; hollow bar for cylinder liners and manifold blanks. We hold an inventory of the highest-volume sizes, 16 mm to 100 mm OD round bar, 1/4 in to 4 in UNC equivalents in hex bar, M16 to M48 nut-blank hex stock, with custom diameters and shapes available cut-to-length from ingot stock within 14-21 days.

All bar ships solution-annealed (SA) by default; FG (cold-drawn Condition S) and FLT (low-temp Charpy controlled) on request from heat-selected lots.
