Zeron 100 studs are super duplex stainless steel rod-stock studs (UNS S32760 / Werkstoff 1.4501) supplied either as continuous full-thread per ASTM A1082 or as double-end studs per ASME B16.5 flange standard. Continuous-thread studs are cut-to-length from full-thread rod, one thread pitch from end to end, ideal for through-bolted joints, tie-rods, and applications where the stud passes through more than one bolted member. Double-end studs have plain mid-section between two threaded ends, the standard form for ANSI/ASME B16.5 flange bolting (Class 150 / 300 / 600 / 900 / 1500 / 2500).
