    Zeron 100 super duplex casting (UNS J93380, ASTM A890 1B / A995 6A) for pump and valve bodies

    Cast super duplex (the cast equivalent of wrought UNS S32760 / Zeron 100) is supplied by TorqBolt from qualified foundries. The cast version carries UNS J93380 with chemistry matching wrought S32760; the ASTM spec is A890 Grade 1B (general castings) and A995 Grade 6A (pressure-containing castings). We do not pour castings ourselves, we source from NORSOK M-650 qualified foundries and ship with EN 10204 type 3.1 or 3.2 certificates plus pattern records and machining drawings. Note: cast super duplex requires careful solution annealing + radiographic inspection because casting porosity and sigma-phase risk are higher than wrought.
