Zeron 100 Threaded Rods, UNS S32760 Super Duplex Full-Thread Rod Stock (M6-M100 / 1/4-4 in, 1m / 3m / 6m lengths)
Zeron 100 threaded rods are super duplex stainless steel full-thread rod stock (UNS S32760 / Werkstoff 1.4501), the bulk supply form from which custom-length studs and tie-rods are cut on-site. Continuous-thread the entire length, sized to ASME B1.1 (inch UNC / UNF / 8UN) or ISO 261 (metric M-series). Standard stock lengths are 1m, 3m, and 6m for metric series; 36 inches and 72 inches for inch series. Cut-to-length on receipt with a chop saw or abrasive cutter, deburr the cut ends, and you have studs of any length without waiting for a custom order.
All-thread rod is the right call for: anchor studs (cast-into-concrete with a nut-and-washer end termination), structural tie-rods through multiple bolted plates, custom-length stud production at field-fabrication shops, repair / retrofit applications where the original stud length isn't a stock dimension, and adjustable-length installations (turnbuckle assemblies, leveling studs). For ASME B16.5 flange bolting use double-end stud bolts instead, standard ANSI flange-class lengths in stock.
Standards
ASTM A1082 + ASTM A479 + ASME B1.1 / ISO 965 thread tolerance class 2A / 6g + NACE MR0175 (sour service ≤ 28 HRC) + NORSOK M-650 + M-630 MDS 055 (North Sea super duplex) + EN 10269 (European pressure equipment).
Threaded rod is normally cold-cut on the customer site. Use an abrasive chop saw or carbide-tipped circular saw, do not use oxy-fuel torch (introduces oxidation in the threads at the cut). Deburr the cut ends with a thread-chasing die before installing nuts, the cut introduces a sharp burr at thread crests that will cross-thread an installing nut. For NACE service, document each cut against the parent rod heat number; the cut piece inherits the parent MTC.
