Zeron 100 super duplex stainless steel pipe (UNS S32760 / Werkstoff 1.4501) is supplied by TorqBolt from qualified mills with full mill-certification chain. We do not roll the pipe ourselves, we are a sourcing and inspection partner: we issue purchase orders to NORSOK M-650 qualified mills (Tubacex, Sandvik, Outokumpu, Vallourec, etc.), witness mill testing where the buyer spec requires it, and ship the pipe with EN 10204 type 3.1 or 3.2 certificates plus PMI / heat-trace records. ASTM A790 (seamless and welded ferritic/austenitic stainless pipe) is the umbrella spec for super duplex pipe in S32760. ASTM A928 covers welded pipe with filler metal added. ASME B36.10M / B36.19M dimensional. EN 10216-5 / EN 10217-7 for European-spec procurement. ASME B31.3 process piping design code drives wall-thickness selection. NORSOK M-650 Edition 4 qualifies the mill; M-630 MDS 055 sets acceptance criteria for super duplex.
