Zeron 100 FG bars are super duplex stainless steel bar stock (UNS S32760) supplied in the cold-drawn ASTM A276 Condition S strain-hardened condition. The cold-work step lifts yield from SA's 550-720 MPa to FG's 700-800 MPa, matching A193 B7 mechanical envelope. The downstream-machining stock for FG hex bolts, FG stud bolts, FG hex cap screws, FG threaded rod, valve stems, pump shafts under high preload.
