    Zeron 100 super duplex forgings, ASTM A182 F55 flanges, fittings, valve bodies (UNS S32760)

    Zeron 100 FG keys are super duplex stainless steel machine keys (UNS S32760) in the cold-worked Fastener Grade for high-torque shaft-hub connections. Used on marine winch drives, FGD damper hubs, large-shaft pump couplings where SA shear strength is insufficient.

    FG cold-worked keys · Higher torque envelope than SA · PREN ≥ 40

    Standards: DIN 6885 / 6886 / 6887 / 6888 + ISO 2491 + ASTM A479 + ASTM A276 Condition S + NACE MR0175.
