    Zeron 100 super duplex welding wire (ER2594 ER2553, UNS S32760 filler metal)

    Zeron 100 FG welding wire is super duplex stainless steel filler metal (UNS S32760) supplied for welding Zeron 100 FG-base material. ER2594 overmatching filler (production welds) or ER2553 matching (post-weld solution-anneal joints). The HAZ in welded FG reverts to SA, so post-weld heat treatment is recommended for primary load-path joints.
