Zeron 100 SA washers are super duplex stainless steel washers (UNS S32760 / Werkstoff 1.4501) in three pattern families: plain (flat) per DIN 125 / ASME B18.21.1, spring lock per DIN 127, Belleville disc spring per DIN 6796 / DIN 2093. SA matches the corrosion envelope of the matching SA fasteners. Used as bearing-load distributor (plain), vibration retention (spring lock), preload retention under thermal cycling (Belleville).
