Zeron 100 FG hex bolts are super duplex stainless steel hex-head bolts (UNS S32760 / Werkstoff 1.4501) in the Fastener Grade cold-worked supply state. The cold-drawn bar lifts yield from SA's 550-720 MPa to FG's 700-800 MPa, matching ASTM A193 B7 yield envelope while keeping the super-duplex corrosion + sour-service envelope. NACE-controlled to ≤ 28 HRC. CNC-machined from FG bar (cannot be hot-headed because the heat erases cold-work).
