Zeron 100 SA hex bolts are super duplex stainless steel hex-head bolts (UNS S32760 / Werkstoff 1.4501) supplied in the Solution Annealed standard supply state, the metallurgical baseline for super duplex. The 1100-1140°C anneal + water-quench cycle dissolves any sigma-phase / chi-phase that formed during prior hot-work, locks in the equilibrium 50/50 austenite-ferrite microstructure, and delivers the canonical PREN ≥ 40 + CPT ≥ 50°C corrosion envelope. SA is the right pick when buyer spec doesn't reference A193 B7-equivalent yield, for the higher-strength variant see Zeron 100 FG hex bolts.

Use SA hex bolts on equipment frame fasteners, valve cover bolting, pump bonnet closure, structural connections, and any moderate-load fastener in seawater / sour / chloride service. SA is also the only metallurgically correct call when the bolt will be welded post-install (welding restores SA at the HAZ regardless, starting SA saves the FG cost premium).
