Zeron 100 SA rings are super duplex stainless steel forged rings (UNS S32760 / Werkstoff 1.4501) made by the rolled-ring forging route per ASTM A473, then mandatorily solution-annealed at 1100-1140°C + water-quenched to dissolve any sigma-phase formed during cooldown. All Zeron 100 rings ship in SA, cold-work routes don't apply to ring forgings. For coated rings see AFP rings (post-machined + Xylan / Dacromet / SermaGard surface treatment).
