Cold-drawn bar gives yield 700-800 MPa (matches A193 B7) while keeping super-duplex PREN ≥ 40 + CPT ≥ 50°C corrosion envelope. Hardness controlled to ≤ 28 HRC at rolled-thread root for sour-service compliance.
