Zeron 100 SA stud bolts are super duplex stainless steel stud bolts (UNS S32760 / Werkstoff 1.4501) in the Solution Annealed supply state, ASTM A1082 mechanical envelope, ASME B16.5 length tables for ANSI flange classes 150-2500. Headed straight from solution-annealed bar with rolled threads per ASME B1.1 class 2A. SA is the right call when the buyer spec doesn't reference A193 B7-equivalent yield, lower load class flange bolting where SA's 550-720 MPa yield envelope is sufficient. Common service: ANSI Class 150-600 flange bolting on chemical processing piping, desalination RO membrane vessels, FGD scrubber ductwork, marine-piping flange joints, pulp & paper bleach plant flanges. The SA condition is also chosen for any stud-bolt joint where post-install welding or stress relief is planned (heat would erase FG cold-work anyway).
