Zeron 100 FLT stud bolts are super duplex stainless steel stud bolts (UNS S32760 / Werkstoff 1.4501) in the Fasteners for Low Temperature supply state, the cryogenic-Charpy-controlled variant matching ASTM A320 Grade L7 mechanical envelope. Heat lots cherry-picked for ferrite 38-48% (tighter than SA's 35-55%) to push the composite Charpy curve to lower temperatures. Used on LNG export terminal flange bolting, FPSO arctic / North Atlantic deck fasteners, subsea manifold + jumper studs, ROV-installable connectors at deepwater temperatures.
