    Zeron 100 super duplex forgings, ASTM A182 F55 flanges, fittings, valve bodies (UNS S32760)

    Zeron 100 FLT forgings are super duplex stainless steel forgings (UNS S32760) per ASTM A182 F55 supplied with cryogenic Charpy-controlled heat lots. Used on subsea manifold valve bodies, LNG cryogenic flange forgings, FPSO arctic deck connector forgings.

    FLT-spec forging = SA forging from low-temp Charpy-controlled heat lot

    Charpy at design minimum metal temperature reported on every forging cert. Standards: ASTM A182 F55 + ASTM A473 + ASTM A314 + EN 10222-5 + NORSOK M-630 (low-temp annex) + NACE MR0175.
