Zeron 100 SA forgings are super duplex stainless steel forgings (UNS S32760 / Werkstoff 1.4501) per ASTM A182 F55, flanges (weld-neck, slip-on, blind, threaded, lap-joint), fittings (elbows, tees, reducers), rings, valve bodies. All Zeron 100 forgings ship in SA condition by metallurgical necessity, cold-work routes don't apply to forgings; the post-forge solution-anneal cycle dissolves any sigma-phase formed during cooldown and locks in the equilibrium microstructure.
